Who Are We?
Our team comprises a group of highly talented individuals with over 30 years of combined experience in the Design and Implementation of Controls Systems. We had the opportunity to work together in the past, and as time passed, life took us in separate ways.
After the request of our most loyal customers, we decided to get together and established Solution Focused Controls Consulting (“SFC”) in March of 2021. The original intent was to address the immediate support activities that were putting a large project at High risk. This quickly evolved into additional support requests and the execution of 26 other projects.
Our project execution culture and our strive for quality were quickly noticed and we were designated as an Approved vendor across many North American plants and have become one of the preferred choices for Industrial Controls applications.

Fabian E. Henneberg
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Fabian is an Electronic Engineer who has been in the Industrial Controls business for over 12 years focusing on the Automotive and Manufacturing Industries. He is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, and has lived in Texas since 2015.
In 2009, after graduating with his Engineering degree, Fabian pursued a Master of Engineering at The University of Western Ontario in Canada.
In 2011, he was exposed to Hands-On Industrial Controls and has not looked back since then.

Myoungho Choi
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Choi came to USA from South Korea to study aviation in 2005 after 5 years of military service at the Korean Air Force. He graduated from Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University in 2011.
Choi has 10 years of aircraft mechanic experience and 10 years of industrial controls experience. With his mechanical and controls experience, he always tries to find the best way to control a process.

Kevin Manning
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Kevin is an electrical engineer who has over 10 years of experience in the controls industry with a focus on automotive manufacturing. He is originally from St. Catharines, Ontario, and graduated from the University of Guelph in 2013. In 2017 he moved to Kentucky to pursue career growth opportunities.
During an internship in 2011, he discovered his passion for electrical controls and continues to love his job to this day.

Jacob Graves
SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Jacob is an controls engineer from Winchester Kentucky, who graduated from Murray State University. Currently seeking a master’s in computer science, has over 10 years’ experience in the industrial space.
Beginning his career in the food and beverage industry troubleshooting and running automated equipment, Jacob’s interest for programming and robotics ignited.
Combining the experience of a technician, production engineer, project manager, and controls specialist he’s adaptable to all parts of a project.
